But here’s the problem: while the noise around AI is deafening, it’s far less clear how CFOs and their finance teams are actually using it. Is AI genuinely embedded in day-to-day processes, or still sitting at the pilot stage? Do finance leaders see it as a risk, an opportunity or both? And what does it mean for the skills finance professionals will need in the years ahead?
